Cathy has been working in the arts for over 20 years in a variety of arts management roles. As General Manager of New Perspectives Theatre Company; Arts Policy Manager for NHS Notts; running a Children in Need arts programme in Sneinton to working for The Creative Quarter; and as Creative Nottingham North Coordinator with Rebalancing the Outer Estates Foundation; she connects people, funding and projects to deliver more arts opportunities in schools and communities.
Cathy has been managing the ChalleNGe Partnership since March 2019.
Heidi joins the Challenge team having worked in schools to develop arts opportunities for children, young people and communities. During his career in the public and voluntary sectors Nigel led on innovation and Early Intervention. He led the team which won the title and delivered the programme for Nottingham City of Football, a programme which linked football, culture and creativity.
Colette is a Knowledge Exchange and Impact Officer in the Faculty of Arts, University of Nottingham. Prior to her completing her PhD on authorship and publishing, she was a Teacher of English and afterwards worked for the national charity, The Brilliant Club, managing programme design, delivery, training, and impact.

She has led on improving outcomes for parents as part of Every Child Matters and is an accredited specialist in Children and Families work and Participation. Jacqueline has chaired the independent Ending Youth Violence Network aka REALISE since 2016 and is the VCS representative for the One Nottingham Partnership.
